Isn’t this the sort of thing that should have been figured out oh, say 10 years ago?
Really, we are all stuck with computers now, can’t they just make them work properly? All that money that everybody spends, you’d think some of it could go towards making the things work when you need them to.
Mobile phones for example, great ideas, how cool would they be if you could use them to make a call, whenever you wanted, and from wherever you were?
Windows, wow is it ever looking less like something a dentist would get excited over and more like something you could watch a movie on.
Mac, can I work on this computer now? Is it OK? Where is the happy-face? I’m going to touch the mouse, I hope it doesn’t do anything funny…
And then there is the internet. Now that we cannot live without it why does it go out every other week when there is something I really need to look at… I have to use my phone sometimes to go online from my home!
WTF?
My favourite website was only able to put up two posts yesterday because one of the worlds largest internet providers was having ‘technical difficulties’, which is code for ‘we suck’.
We call this the ‘eye-dee ten tee’ error.
